I will be covering the top three food delivery apps that you can use to make money with your truck.
Basically, the customer makes an order with their local restaurant, and then as a truck owner, you pick up the food from the restaurant and deliver it to the customer.
You can do this when you are on your way to fuel your truck.
Just open the app and see if there are any deliveries that can be done on your way to the gas station.
If yes, then just grab the food on the way and deliver it.
It’s almost like making a few extra bucks for little to no effort.
However, each app has its own requirements and payment system.
So, make sure to check them out and choose the one that suits you.
Based on my analysis, I have come up with three apps, which I believe are the good ones.
Let’s look at the first app!
Grubhub is based out of Chicago, and they have around 20 million users approximately, and they are one of the largest foodservice companies in the U.S.
They have a partnership with various restaurants, and they are available in 2,200 cities across the U.S.
Looking at their records and the opinion that I received, I will recommend you try them.
Their driver sign up form is also simple and straightforward;
To get started you just need to fill out the form and submit your driving license and insurance.
Their average pay is around $20 to $25 per hour. Grubhub has different ways to calculate the payment, and it varies from city to city.
We all know Uber, and yes, it is on my top three list.
Uber has a pretty good reputation, and they started this food delivery service in 2014.
Soon, they were able to capitalize on the market with their brand and customer service.
This made a lot of opportunities for truck and car owners.
They are also driver-friendly. And you can increase the fare during peak hours and sometimes, you can receive perfect tips as well.
Like all other companies, they also have some eligibility criteria. So, I recommend you do a little bit of research on that.
What others read next:
Doordash is the trending app, and you just need to be 18 years and older to qualify.
When it comes to requirements,
They do not have crazy requirements concerning the vehicles, and this makes it easy to sign up with them.
On the payment side, they have minimum pay per delivery, which is suitable for the drivers.
And they have a “pay boost” based on the complexity of the road and delivery.
Considering all these benefits, I would say they are a go-to option.
These are the top three apps that I recommend to make money with your truck.
